This month is showing us getting back on track to a more normalized Market with average selling prices, monthly sales and sales to listings ratios all headed up. Comparing October 2010 to October 2009 figures are still down as a result of the boom last fall, however sales to date for the year are still up 1% over 2009 with the first 10 months of the year sales totaling 75,582

Ty - the boom in the fall of 2009 and spring market this year have distorted our trend somewhat but so far total sales have managed to stay above last year for the year. The Charts help people understand the cycling of our market a little better. If the number of sales follows the trend of the last few months we will stay ahead but we would be bucking the trend of the last few years to do so.
